Ayodeji S. Olagunju is an Associate consulting Partner of Peritus Consulting as well as the Managing Partner of Ayodeji Olagunju & Co (Chartered Accountants). He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Nigeria Institute of Management. He holds a Diploma in Computer Science. He is also a graduate of Banking and Finance from Ogun State University. He also holds a Doctoral Degree from Fresh Leadership Academy in the USA.

He trained in the practicing firm of Messrs. Olufemi Alonge and Company (Chartered Accountants) between 1986 and 2000. He later joined the firm of Messrs Lafenwa Osiberu & Co (Chartered Accountants) as Manager (Audit and Consultancy services).

He has supervised and concluded several audit engagements of various sizes in different sectors of the economy aside from his deep involvement in tax and other industrial consultancy assignments.

He regularly delivers technical papers on financial reporting, Performance Management Audit assurance and internal review and taxation.
