Amos Adebayo Adesipe is the Managing Consultant/CEO of Peritus Consulting. He is a graduate of Banking and Finance from Ogun State University. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) He holds MBA in Finance Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Oyo –state and a senior member of Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria.

He is an excellent finance and accounting professional with over 27 years of experience in the key areas of financial report preparation and analysis, treasury management, credit control, management of accounts receivables and payables, debt recovery, inventory management and control, personnel management, payroll administration, tax management, business finance and accounting, logistics, audit and investigations, strategic planning, budgeting, risk management, and financial advisory services

He was later in the employment of the firms of Messrs Odunlami Erinle & Co. (Chartered Accountants) and Olumuyiwa Erinle & CO. (Chartered Accountants) for five (5) years between 1995 and 2000 as Manager (Audit and Tax services)

He joined CIS Group (Nigeria) through one of its Nigeria subsidiaries Hiperdist Nigeria in 2000 as Accountant and rose to the position of the Group Chief Accountant of the company between 2003 – 2014

He has also worked in various organizations including Jetlink Limited, Eliezer Workplace Management Limited, Omni-Blu Aviation Ltd where he worked as the Group Head of Finance and Accounts, Finance Manager and CFO.

Amos is well versed in financial planning and control. He is a member of various professional bodies including, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria.
